Hi, My name is Janine Tonry and I am the manager at our Merridale nursery. I have worked at Seesaws for 16 years. During that time I have worked as a qualified member of staff with all age groups, I was promoted to Deputy Manager at Penn for several years, then became the Manager there. I have a wealth of experience in looking after and caring for children.

I became manager of Merridale 2 years ago and find my experience over the years has enabled me to put a great team together who are as passionate about the Seesaws Family as I am. We do lots of training as a team and keep our knowledge up to date. I enjoy helping my staff to develop the different areas throughout the nursery to enhance every child's learning.

I have my Level 5 Management Training and I am the designated lead for Safeguarding.

I have two children who have both attended Seesaws and graduated from Pre-school before moving on to primary school; they still attend the Holiday Club and are part of the Seesaws Family. 

 

I enjoy family days out with the children exploring the local countryside and our community.
