Training
We run an apprentice and training scheme.
This scheme is nationally recognised as setting high standards of Child Care training at NVQ's level 2 and 3, through CACHE.
By completing the apprenticeship, you will gain an understanding of the early years’ environment and the requirements of the profession.
Throughout the programme, you will receive 1-to-1 guidance and support from a personal assessor, who will visit you on a regular basis. You will also be supported by the nursery team and management.
